This guide is for helping you work with me more effectively. Think of it as an instruction manual for collaboration.
Nothing in this guide is an excuse — it’s an explanation.
It's a troubleshooting guide and a tool for understanding. When used properly, we can work together better, have better conversations, and avoid unnecessary friction.
If we're going to build something together, coach together, or spend time in a room solving problems, this document gives you the context you need to understand:
Please don't try to memorize this. Just skim it once so you know what's here, then come back to specific sections when you need them.
Having a conflict? → Jump to the "Communication" and "When I'm Stressed" sections.
Planning a project together? → Check out "Strengths and Weaknesses" and "How I Work Best."
Trying to figure out why I reacted a certain way? → Look at "Triggers" and "Behavioral Factors."
If something in here doesn't make sense, ask me about it. If something seems off, tell me. This is a living document, and I update it as I learn more about myself.

A note on this guide
While many things here are preferences I’ve come to understand, a significant number are neurological needs—not choices.
This distinction matters: some of what you'll read isn't about what I prefer, it's about how I'm built. Sensory needs, communication patterns, and certain triggers aren't things I can simply override—they're part of my wiring.
